How can I resolve the Arctis 5 microphone issue? After the volume wheel on the left earcup of the SteelSeries Arctis 5 headset, there is a button on the left earcup. Hope it'll help someone :), I fixed mine by just going to sound settings on Windows, and check the balance. Sadly, this didn't work for me :( Left side not working for both Arctis Pro Game or Chat, EDIT : After reinstalling Steelseries Engine 3 I had it working and then after a reboot the right speaker was lower than the left.
