After further investigation and a recorded admission from the instructor - I discovered that he was not actually a qualified Les Mills instructor. the customer service is absolutely disgusting.. the only thing tru about this gym is that they are money hungry, they are quick to take your money but never return it. The facilities are fantastic and the variety of classes included in the price makes it well worth the money the staff are always so friendly, helpful and encouraging when you need it the most.
