To qualify as a Federal Agent and Military Police, the applicant must meet the Federal Definition in the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure 2.122 or meet the Department's definition of two (2) years of full-time LEO experience. Transfers depend on candidates performance, disciplinary action history while in the C-2023A class, and compliance with the Departments Physical Fitness and Command Presence Standard.
